Spreadsheet to form widget: Request to be able to populate first and second names separately

Hi,

I'm using the spreadsheet to form widget to lookup the employee number and populate the name, email etc.

The Name field is the Full Name widget which has a first and last name box. When someone has a last name that has spaces in it such as Serena Van Der Woodsen, the first name populates as Serena and the last name populates as Van.

Do you have a way for the whole last name to show?

I am afraid this is not something that is supported by the Spreadsheet to form widget at the moment.

I have escalated a feature request to our developers on your behalf. We cannot provide an ETA on when it will be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates on this.
