can not add anything in the form

i though their might have some bug, i cannot add any shoping cart in any new or old or  clond order form, please help to fix it, thanks~

Upon checking your account and form, I did not find any issue with it. Most likely the issue must be related to browser cache. Have your tried to clear your browser cache already?
