Hi revivalasia,

Thank you for sharing your concern with us. I was able to replicate the issue you reported. My hunch is that the JotForm script is in conflict with another script in your webpage, so I have promptly escalated this to our Tier 2 Support for further action. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As a temporary workaround, you may use the Pop-up form embed code so that you can still use the donation form:

We appreciate your patience on this matter. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanl you for using JotForm!

Did a tempory fix by adding userAgent JS Code to isolate Firefox browser (that way i keep the lightbox effect- it is cool) and redirect all others to a page with an embeded form. Hope this may help someone...

        ...add your code...

        ...add your code...
      </
    div>
