I have the problem when i did integration with google spreadsheet.

    Hello,

    That message is the normal one that pops out when you want to connect your form with Google Spreadsheet or Drive.

    All you need to do is click on "Accept".

    I checked the from in the screenshot and saw that your integration completed successfully.

    Are you able to access this file? If so then the integration worked out.
