PDF not showing full details

    Hey,

    So I have set up what we call a chit form (a payslip and proof of work) I have set it up that it sends a PDF 1 - 2 days after they worked and completed the form, on my last job all worked well and was great but now on this new job its emailing the people a blank form, with none of the details they have imputed included. Im not sure why as I have set it up exactly the same as the previous job (under a different email address) I have attached a Picture of what i get sent now. I can export directly and the info is there but I need it to email the people (1-2days later) with the completed filled out PDF. Please can you tell me what i have done wrong etc

    Can you please confirm you are referring to the form Ghost Party Chit? Does this problem happen only if PDF documents are attached to email notifications? If you download them directly from your Jotform account, does the problem still remains?

    Hey, Yea i am referring to Ghost Party Chit, and yes it only happens to the Email attachments, downloading directly works fine.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I've checked the cloned version of your form and could not replicate the issue.

    As I can check there is also email notification and autoresponder email set up that are instantly sent. Could you please temporarily enable the PDF attachment for those notifications also, make a test submission on that form and check if you receive the PDF document with all data included?

    Hey, Just tested it and it worked. so its only on the 1 Day Delay it seems to clear the details

    Can you please try to add a direct PDF link to your email and try to download PDFs this way? You can add a PDF link from the email settings using the Form fields dropdown:

    Can you please try to download the PDF document this way and let us know if the problem remains?
