how would I do this below

I am not sure what the correct name for this would be so not to confused I will explain what I wish to do and if it can be done then you can guide me .

I am going to start my explanation by using other forms I have seen and used ( although I cant name one right now ) but this is how they work

You fill out form,  an email is auto sent with a link on it , the account wont be opened unless the link is clicked (normally timed  for instance 24 hours) to verifiy that the person is who they claim to be .  I have a feeling that it may have something to do with the thank-you setup. Is there any advice you maybe able to offer.

Unfortunately, normal form settings can't do this, specially, you've mentioned a time. We have a submissions verifier app, you may want to check this: http://apps.jotform.com/app/submission_verifier. This should send a confirmation email to the submitter, the customer should click the link before you'll get the submissions or before the submission will actually sent out to our servers and to your email.\
