Google Spreadsheet integration does not work for new entries

Once again, I have problems with Google Spreadsheet integration.

    My form : http://www.jotform.com//?formID=40426790039354

It was working fine until several fields were mixed (not in the good columns) in the google sheet. I removed integration, re-created it, and now new submissions are not completely added in the Google spreadsheet. It seems that fields containing accented characters do not fill the google spreadsheet.

I have removed accented characrters in the header of the google spreadsheet (replacing "é" by "e"), as this method used to work before, but it is not working any more.

    Hi,

Our apologies for the trouble and inconvenience this may have cause to you. We do not advise on changing anything on the spreadsheet columns or headers as it may cause the integration to stop from working.

I can forward this to our developers. But for now, please consider using an English character to your form field labels. After doing this changes, re-integrate the form to Google Spreadsheet. Again, make sure not to change anything on the google spreadsheet sheet columns/headers.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I have looked into the problem and realized that you have 2 or more fields with the same label. Unfortunately current Google integration is not able insert data into the columns with the same header, in which case only the first column is filled. However, we are planning to utilize New Google Spreadsheets api as soon as it is available.

    I apologize for the inconvience.

    Best regards

    Thank you for your answer.

I don't understand why it used to work fine and why this "same label" problem suddenly occurs.

So you suggest that instead of having 2 fields named "Email" I should use two different fields, Email1 and Email2 for example ?!!

    Hi,

Yes, that is correct. You can add the prefix such as "Equipier 1 Email". That should work. Kindly try it and let us know here if there are still issues.

Thank you for your kind understanding on this matter.
