Is the IG account disabled due to Jotform?

Hi there,

My company uses jotform for a variety of different events, ordering forms etc. We usually post these links in our Instagram bio but I wanted to see if this was allowed/best practice?

We recently had an IG account disabled without warning and we want to ensure these links are secure/aligned with Instagram's community guidelines.

I understand the hassle of getting your Instagram account disabled without warning. But, yes, you should be able to post jotform URLs in your Instagram bio.

I just want to confirm, did Instagram confirm that your account was disabled due to the Jotform links that you've shared?
