That is crazy to delete my form data because I haven't signed in???

    If I haven't signed in it is evidence that your product is working flawlessly and I'm thrilled with it and I'm happy with the incoming forms that come in regularly.
    I was so dismayed to see your email threatening to delete my form data if I didn't sign in. You should view our not signing in as an indicator of your forms success!

    It is by no means disinterest on my part when I haven't signed in. I haven't signed in because your product works. Please review your policies. Try to be more optimistic instead of pessimistic.

    It seems you did not login to your account for a while now and this prompted the email.

    We are happy to know that your forms are working as expected however, the email is sent to check for accounts that are dormant or not in use.

    As you have logged-in to your account, your data will not be deleted.
