I have a few questions, as I understand it JotForm is able to be send by email submitted data but is it also saved to my online database account?
Does JotForm provide online database service as well?
Where is my submitted data saved?
Where are submitted files saved?
How are submitted files downloaded or accessed?
Are submitted files available via FTP or SFTP?
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Welcome to JotForm and thank you for taking time to write to us about your questions. We'll gladly answer them one by one:
Does JotForm provide online database service as well? - not at the moment.
Where is my submitted data saved? - it is saved securely into our internal servers. JotForm also allows saving a copy of your data (submissions and files) to your DropBox account as well as straight to your computer via DropBox for desktop (client app) or FTP.
Where are submitted files saved? - same as above
How are submitted files downloaded or accessed? - they can be accessed through your JotForm account by default. You can also download it from your DropBox account or your computer if DropBox or FTP is configured and activated.
In addition, a link to access the uploaded file is available in the email notifications you receive.
Are submitted files available via FTP or SFTP? - FTP by default, but you can also try using the SFTP port when configuring the FTP connection in your JotForm account.
We hope you find our answers helpful. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for considering JotForm and we hope to see you around!
