I updated the custom URL for 3 of my forms and they were working fine previously but now none of them are working:
I've tried retyping the URLs and changing securty but neither works. I can still embed the form into my own webpages using the source code but I've already distributed this url to users. Please let me know what I am doing wrong or if there is a bug.

I can't verify if what you said about the urls working is correct or not. Using slashes in the custom url shouldn't have been allowed in the first place.
In the meantime, you can use the form's plain url which you can get by clicking the Preview button.
Or you can just change the custom url (do not use slashes) then redistribute to your users.
I will submit a ticket to confirm with our developers if this occurrence is a new bug or if being able to use slashes in the custom url was the bug and was fixed just now.
You will be contacted as soon as a developer sees this message. Thanks!
