    Why are some form answers showing on my email copy but not on the user's copy?

    We have built a form listing a number of questions using checkboxes, radio buttons etc.

    The form is set up to send the user and I a copy. 

    Even if a user answers every question they are not receiving all the answers in their email. 

    My copy does show all the answers. 

    We want the user to also receive the full form with all the answers. 

    Can you please tell me why or what settings I should be checking?

    Hello varize,

    When you edit your form's notification or auto-responder, it becomes dirty. That means after editing the notification alert, any fields/question you add in your form will not be added automatically in your notification and needs to be added manually.

    You must have edited your form's auto-responder and then added/modified your form fields. That is the reason why you are not seeing all the answers in your auto-responder email. 

    The most convenient way to solve this problem is to delete your notification and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, you will see that all question of your form will match with the notification fields.
