Is there a way my customers could sign into a form with a personal key, name or number? Can I assign my customers to a personal name or number which is protected?
My business is growing and someone can place orders in someone elses name. Not good! Has Jot form a sollution for this?

Unfortunately, Jotform does not have a log in feature available. I'm not entirely sure but I don't think we have plans of implementing one. It will go far beyond the definition of a form, as it is more like a membership system.
I can think of a workaround which may not exactly employ the same system, but can serve the same purpose with regards to preventing bogus/prank orders.
You may instead create a registration form of some sort, allowing your users to register and be assigned a unique ID sent via an autoresponder.
This ID will be entered by the customer everytime he/she places an order. You will then have to manually look up and match the unique ID and the customer's name/details so that you will be able to identify if the order is legitimate or not.
Let me know if you're interested with this workaround so I will give you more details on how this can be achieve. Thanks!

Sorry but there's no other method or workaround for this. JotForm can't be used like login forms, so maybe my colleague's idea above would be the best answer for now.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you for using JotForm!
