My form has been disabled and account suspended and I am unsure why

    Hi,


    I created my first form and sent it out to be filled, it worked for 3/4 minutes and got filled in 10 or so times before being disabled and now I can't log into my account. It would be great if this can be investigated and the issue rectified as I need the form to be working urgently
