Unable to add an email

    Using this link, i am trying to add an autoresponder email. When I attempt to do so - following the steps below, nothing happens.

    1. Click Settings
    2. Click Emails
    3. Click + Add and Email
    4. Click Autoresponder Email

    Nothing happens. I am left on the add an email page. CLicking on Autoresponder or Notification Email options, nothing happens.


    Please let me know if this is a known issue? I need to add an autoresponder email.

    I would suggest you try to login to your account in another web browser when editing your form.

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue persists.

    I've tried in multiple browsers and in incognito mode. No difference. I am unable to add an email. Please advise.

    Hi, we have an issue with the form builder not saving and was fixed already by our developers.

    Please try again to add the autoresponder email and let us know if the issue persists.

    Still an issue. I cannot even create the email. Nothing happens when i click the Autoresponder Email button below...

    I have tested our HIPAA account and I can't replicate the issue at my end.

    Checking the shared screenshot, may we know if you're using the collaborator link to create the autoresponder email?

    Collaborators can only edit the form but not add autoresponder email.

    Please try to login to your account and edit the form as the form owner.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Ok - that's the problem, then. I am using a collaborator link. I am not the owner of the account, and do not want access to the HIPAA data, so that may not be an option. Is there any other way to add the auto-responder email?

    Hi Tony,

    I'm afraid that the only way to add the Autoresponder email to the form is to access the form as the owner.
    Would you be able to ask the owner account to create the Autoresponder, so that you can edit it with the collaborator rights?
