    Conditional Auto-Responder: In the same condition, notification is sent but the auto-responder is not sent

    I have several conditions set up with my OCW Web Submission form.  Depending on what the visitor clicks in a dropdown, they should get an email sent to them.  It's working for Auto Respondor 2 of the auto responder, but not 1.  Arynn is getting the notification email, but the guest isn't getting the autoresponder.  The settings are the exact same.  Please help!

    Any word on this below ticket? We are having more issues now with emails not being delivered.

    Hi, the ticket for this matter is still opened, that means our developers are working on it to have it fixed as soon as possible, you will be notified via this thread when it gets solved.

    @Tammy,

    Hi, I was able to investigate this further and found some issue on the e-mail autoresponder settings.

    According to the e-mail log, the e-mail account arynn@oldcigarwarehouse.comand kathleen@oldcigarwarehouse.com is having SMTP connection failure . Please refer to the log below this message.

    Can you please modify each Autoresponder e-mail and set the Sender E-mail address tonoreply@jotform.com ? Make sure this is set to all the e-mail notification.

     

    Test the form again afterwards and check if this help fix the issue.

    In any case, our developer assigned to this bug ticket will also provide response about this when available.
