    Hi jcsterling827

What you would need to do is set up a "Show / Hide a form field" condition where if a choice is made in a particular field, a payment field that is hidden by default is revealed.

Here is a simple form demonstrating what I mean. Clone it, and examine how the condition is configured so you would know how to set it up in your own form.

Please let us know if you need additional help with this or any other features of our product. Our team stands ready to assist you however we can.

    Thanks.

I'm almost there, but when I define the conditions, the actual credit card information part of my form does not show up as an option  to hide.  Ugh.  So close, yet so far way...
