We receive incomplete booking forms

    Hello,

    Please note that we keep receiving incomplete forms for more than a month now since your system was updated.

    This is an example of the forms we get, there're mandatory fields to complete the form but many clients contact us stating that the forms glitch while they're submitting.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I've checked the form and the required fields are correctly set up, so the users should not be able to submit the form without filling out all the required data.

    Could you please let us know if the form is embedded on the website? If that's the case, please also provide a link to the website page so we can check that as well.

    There's another booking form embedded on our website but it's working fine.

    This is an example of the form, the issue appears when choosing 1 room, the booking doesn't show room preferences including name, room type, check-in and check-out

    Greetings,

    I've checked and was able to replicate the issue.

    I've then removed the condition related to the number of rooms equal to 1 and added it again. It seems the issue is fixed now.

    Could you please clear your browser caches and check again?
