Is there a way to have a disclaimer first with a condition on continue button?

    Hello, 

     

    I am looking to create a form which would start with a disclaimer - once a user agrees / or click on continue button, 

    he or she would be taken to the actual form. Is this possible?

    Yes it is possible.

    Please add a checkbox and remove all options except one. Then add this code to that option:

    I agree with the 

    <a id="terms" target="_blank" href="https://www.jotform.com">disclaimer</a>

    The green part is the visible text. The blue part is the disclaimer url. Edit these parts as you wish.

    Now you need to create conditions so that when the disclaimer is checked the rest of the form will show:
