Error "File upload error"

    Hi,


    I'm receiving the following error on an iPad after clicking submit after filling out a form on Safari browser:


    "File Upload Error

    An error occurred when uploading file(s) to the server

    80_6127

    83_3726

    Please tray again"


    I have tried multiple times. The same for works on other devices. Any idea how to resolve?

    Take our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Please, delete the Upload Fields and set them back again.

    Before you do that, kindly check if you need to download your previous submissions. All received data to the upload fields will be deleted with them.
