The email from jotform with the instructions to reset my password has not turned up in my email account. Help!

Upon checking your email address "email@example.com", I found that it is in our bounce list for following reasons:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : MassEmailer failed
I have removed it from our bounce it and it should be working fine now. Please initiate the password recovery process again and see if you receive the email.
