How can I get PayPal Business to Connect? Keep saying access denied:(

    Please help me out! I am trying to integrate my PayPal business to an order from but every time I hit connect it says access denied.

    Based on the screenshot I assume that you are working on your online form using our app.

    Could you please try to directly access the Jotform using a browser like Chrome or Firefox and try to connect your form again?

    If the issue persists, please try to remove my products PayPal field from your form, then add it again and check:
