The ssl certificate is visible - but no https indicated in the URL when checking in using the URL as direct link even id the link is modified to https://secure ++
In addition the captcha is not responding correctly
Upon checking your web page, I found that you have embedded your form with its secure iFrame code. Please check the screenshot below:
That is the reason, even if the web page URL is not SSL you see the "Security Certificate seal" in your web page. You need to grab your form's non secure embed code and add it in your web page. That should solve your problem.
Upon checking, your web page, I found that captcha is loading correctly. If the issue persists, please start a new thread and we will take a look again.
