Please re-enable account: hfcclab
Email for account: email@example.com
Account keeps getting disabled when importing a form from another JotForm account. I discovered the reason is when I import from the web using the JotForm ID# per the instructions, the form creator tries to create a "login form," even though that is NOT what the form is. I discovered this does not occur if I use the alias I created for the form; then the import works fine, but still the account is disabled.
Here is the form with the JotForm ID: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=40287882188164
Here is the form with the alias I created for it: http://www.jotform.us/pkearly/application
I created the hfcclab account so that I had a generic URL instead of using my personal JotForm account.Page URL:
