Random number widgit

At what point is the random number assigned to the submission? D0es it ever change after submission?

If you're using https://www.jotform.com/widgets/random-value-generator it should be generated when you load the form, but doesn't get saved until it's submitted. Once it's submitted you are unable to edit it and if you edit the submission it will remain the same. You can also add in check for uniqueness in the settings to have it check against the rest of the values in the table to make sure it's not the same.
