I edited a template form, it looks great, but when submitted, it formats like the old/original template.

    This is my form.  I deleted a bunch of sections and added a lot of new stuff.  I had some test submissions, and I'm receiving them by email, but they are giving the fields of the original template, not reflecting the new content that I put in. 

    What to do?

    Your form has 2 email alerts that is currently setup and one of the named "Phil Aiello Marketing Notification" is the one that is custom formatted. That could be the reason why you are receiving a notification which is formatted that way. 

    You can delete that notification if you want the first one to be displayed in your email when someone submits a form. Please follow this guide in deleting your notifier http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
