I just created a new form named Contact Wendycorp Form. Please help me get it working.

Hello Art - I can see that the form embedded on your website is the old form which has been tagged as inactive/dormant.

Since you mentioned you already created a new form, we suggest it best to remove that form on your website and replace it with the new one by re-embedding. It looks like you have used the wrong embed code to embed the form.You should be using this embed code:

Please let us know if changing this worked and if not we can try embedding using the Iframe method.

I can see you are using WordPress. Please ensure you are editing the correct page. As I can see, it should be the homepage.
