Not letting me log in / form disable

    Hi there!

    I haven't disabled my form and I have tried resetting my password but still not letting me log in / use the form. Can you please help me work out this issue?

    Hi Khalia,

    In one of your submissions, the word "Netflix" was used. This triggered an auto suspension. I've added your account to the whitelist now so it will not get suspended for the same reason again.
