Does the Unique Submission check resets?

Is there a reset time period for the Unique Submission check? Will it reset after 24 hours or once a form has been completed and submitted the same person can never again submit using that form?

Hello,
I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.
It doesn't reset at all. Once the person submitted the form already, he may not be able to submit the form anymore depending on what check is enabled(cookies only or IP and cookies)
