There seems to be something missing from these instructions. It's not working.
Is it supposed to be the Infusionsoft app id in the integration really? Or is that supposed to be jotform.
And is jotform supposed to be part of the call name, or just the goal name?

    Hello,

I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Can you kindly let us know what exactly is not working? Are you not receiving contacts in your Keap account?

We'll be waiting for your response.

They're coming into Infusionsoft ok. It's the API campaign goal that isn't firing. I've followed you're instructions. I think one of them is slightly wrong, and I can't figure out what it should be.

I think the "integration" field is supposed to be something Jotform specific and then the call name is whatever we decide to put in the form. But you're instructions aren't conveying that.

Unless the "integration" field is truly supposed to be the Infusionsoft app ID??? But I tried so many variations, and none worked.

I'm trying to avoid applying a tag because I have too many tags as it is.

Thanks for the help - I appreciate.

    I got it to work!!!

I went through every possible combination of integration and call, and I got it! It's working.

It IS infusionsoft app ID as the integration, and the call doesn't have to have "jotform" in it.
