I'm a premium user and I've been charged twice during February and March.
How can I proceed to get the refund of these amount?
And how can you solve this problem? The correct procedure is to charge only one time a month!
The receipt numbers are:
- February: 78406230, 78505356
- March: 78774661, 78774667
