Table tabs not opening and shows blank section.

    I created a table that has multiple tabs.

    When I click on tabs other than the one that is open by default when the table opens, those other tabs do not open. I see a URL in the designated area of the browser but the rest of the page stays blank.

    The tabs previously worked fine.

    I have provided the URL of the full table.

    What do you suggest?

    Hello,

    I tested the Jotform Tables on my end and I can click the tabs properly. You can check the screencast of my test below this message.

    I cleared your form cache on our server. Could you please try it again? Also, for testing purposes only, please try using a different internet browser and see if the issue still persists.

    Hi, @vincentjay.

    No change on my end (I originally used Microsoft Edge. As requested, I tried Google Chrome too).

    Your screencast looks like creation of a new table; but my problem is with a specific, already-created table. See the URL in my inquiry.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your table and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The default table shows the data correctly, but when the other tab is clicked, it shows blank.

    I am escalating the issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Has there been any update? As I need to access the tabs, I tried to run a revision history of the whole table to see if maybe I had changed a setting that locked tabs or something like that. The revision history also got stuck in the same way as the tabs - not opening, so it may be a corruption of the whole table.
