    Hello strategicdifferences,

    Please inject the following custom css in your form to change the font size, color and bold of the numbers of rating scale :

    .form-scale-table th {

    color: #130D5C;

    font-size: 12px;

    font-weight: bold;

    }

    .form-scale-table{

    color: #130D5C;

    font-size: 12px;

    font-weight: bold;

    }

    The following guide should help you inject the custom css in your form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Hope this helps.
