    Why my form is showing as blank on Google Chrome browser and "This Connection is Untrusted" in Firefox browser.

    Hi,

    Good day!

    Hope you can help out.

    Why is there an error message that says "This Connection is Untrusted" when I try to use the Jotform?

    That is if I use Mozilla browser.

    Also, if its browser Chrome I'm using, it just displays a blank page.

     

    Youre help is appreciated.

    Hoping to get a quick response.

    Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

    What Should I Do?

    Hello flowersdeliveryph,

    Have you solved this problem already? Upon checking your form in facebook page, I was unable to replicate the problem you are having. I did check on Firefox and chrome and it loads fine with any security warning.

    Do check and get back to us if the issue persists.
