Approval Structure

Dear Jotform Team,

i have 3 questions regardings the approvall structures of the form that I created.

my form are a 1 form with 3 different section that needs 3 times approval, each section needs to be approved first in order for the form to be able to go into it's next step.

my question is :

1. how do i create the form's reporting structure in the fashion I described above?
2. how do I assigned someone who doesn't have a jotform account to be able to approved the form?
3. is there any way I could merged all the submitted form into One PDF File?

how to merged data from different forms to One PDF File?

Let say you have 2 forms you want to merge.

If you want to merge the submissions, you can use the combine submission app https://www.jotform.com/integrations/combine-submissions.

Alternatively, you can create the third form.

You can populate form-3 with form-1 by means of URL-parameter and do the same with form-2.

So that the 3rd form consists of data from form-1 and form-2.

You may then convert form-3 into PDF which consists of data from form-1 and form-2.

I have set my approval flow to Public mode but you still need to login your Jotform account to be able to view this approval flow.
