We received a message that our JF is over quota and will be cancelled today. Not sure why this is, we upgraded a month ago on Feb. 11.

That is because you've upgrade the wrong non-existing account. You put "vincekehoe" as the Jotform Username. Should be: jordanpuchinger.
I've manually fixed this to our end. Please kindly refresh your browser for you to see the changes. If you can't see it, please logout then log back in.
The username: vincekehoe is available. Would you like us to change your username to this one? This should also help us to fix the entire record.

Yes, if you could use vincekehoe it would help me remember it. The other user name is a past webmaster person who set this up.
