You have probably embedded the wrong form, so far I can see 4 forms in your account, all you need to do is to edit and embed the correct one in your page.

Clone of Full payment - Child

Clone of Recurring payment - Child

    Clone of Multiple Payment option

Clone of Thread: 347840 - Payment with Additional Members Payment

If the problem persist, let us know the link of your page and we will gladly assist you

    HI,

     i LIKE THIS form. http://www.jotform.us/form/40761658595164

After adding a total of 3 members or maybe not adding anything just the price, Can you make this form to make the total price in 3 payments?

You see my goal is to have a fixed amouht of 2298.00 and make 4 options of payments.

Payment 1 - Full payment 2298 + addiotnal members at 1698 each with it;s text field

Payment 2 - 2 payments  of total amount, obviiously it wil be divided by 2, again add those team member fields at 1698 each

    payment 3 - 3 payments

    payment 4 - in 4 payments.

    Got it?

    Hello,

We would love to show you how to do that - at least create a demo for you so that you can apply the payment options in installments.

But we cannot do that on this support request since the issue has changed- so please open a new thread so that we can assist further.

Click on this link to do that

    Thank you for understanding.
