Hyperlink Problems in Paragraph Element

Hello,

We previously edited the hyperlink source code in the introductory paragraph of our form "Be Empowered & Take Control - Terms of Service" to:

1) Remain the desired color and NOT turn purple automatically

2) Open in a new window

However, we discovered the link was not working at all.

We attempted to correct the problem by editing the source code. We made adjustments to our original entry to better match the existing source code:

However, we cannot check if it is working because the link is not working at all.

Even without the additional code, and simply using the link icon provided, the link takes you to this page:

Clicking on either button does nothing and you are simply frozen.

Please advise.

I have checked your form and I could not replicate the issue on my end. The hyperlink appears to be working fine.

I have now cleared your form cache. Could you please recheck or try checking it on a different browser and let us know if the issue persists on your end?

We still have the same problem in the Firefox browser.

We turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection for your site and added jotform.com to our Allowed Website Pop-ups. However, it still takes us to the dead page.

Are there any other settings that may be causing this issue?

When tested on a mobile device with the same browser, the link works and takes you to the correct page but it does not open in a new tab as it should.

As per checking, your code in the Paragraph field has no target property. See the image attached:

The dead screen has disappeared and we corrected the code and it is working correctly now. Thank you for the assistance.
