Is there a way to turn off the thank you page pop up or format it to bee much smaller?

Thank you for reaching out. 

You can alter the Thank You page text and image on the Thank You page tab in the settings. You can remove the image as well, leaving only text if you wish.

Further, you can also set it to redirect to an external URL if that would be a better option for you.
