We sent over 100 forms last month. The forms didn't reset on November 1st. It is still showing we have went over our limit on forms

Hi there,
We apologized for the inconvenience.
I checked your account and it is active on my end.
However, I have recalculated your monthly usage and you should be able to create forms now. Please try clearing your cache and cookies and log back in.
If the issue persists, please let us know on this thread. Thank you

I cleared cache, cookies, and logged out and back in and it still says I have reached my limit.

Hello,
I checked your account and it is no longer overlimit. As you can see in the screenshot below, your form is already enabled too.
Can you please check again? If you're referring to another account, please let us know.
