Code that keeps overriding my thank you page

After about 50 tries, I think it is finally working at least temporarily.

I replied to your other ticket here https://www.jotform.com/answers/3496926. I think the code you see is from the website where you embedded the form. Please try to re-embed your form using its iframe embed code and see if that fixes the problem. If not, provide us the website URL where your form is embedded so we can test it here.
