I have done 'something' to the Jotform webpage and have been left seeing this (refer screen shot).
It means I have next to no functionality.
I have logged in/out - but to no avail. Logging on on another computer with the same user access resolves the problem, but I need this to work on my computer.
Can you please advise me how I might resolve this problem asap.

I see you're on V2 My Forms page, is this you're referring about? Have you tried using Chrome or Firefox browser? This should give you access with the new My Forms page. You can also try to do full clear cache with your IE browser and see if that helps.
