Hello,
I've been added to my company's paid account, however it is not being updated and I do not have authorization to access/edit forms.
I've tried the clearing cookies method as well but no luck, can you help?

Hi there,
Can I ask you that have you been added as a sub-user, or have the forms been shared with you with collaborating rights? Or does your company have an Enterprise account?
