Capturing Payment

Hi there,

I have not been able to capture payments from several of the vendors for an event that I created a form for. I checked the connection with Square and my connection is secure for the form. When I try to capture the payment I get an automated window pop up that says "Error: Invalid Square Payment Data." Please help. I have over $1,000 in funds that need to be captured and are currently being held in whatever error is happening.

I'm sorry to tell you, but you have to get in touch with Square, since the widget just passes on information between the form and Square.
