We have been having the issue of the captcha appearing before submitting our forms since the beginning of this week.
Can you help us remove the captcha so it does not appear anymore?

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
By default, all JotForm forms have an invisible captcha and will only be triggered when our phishing system detects spam activities. e.g.(the form is receiving a lot of submissions in a short period of time, duplicate submissions, etc.)
Kindly share with us your IP address so we can whitelist it to prevent captchas. Click here to learn to view your IP address.

Hi Billy,
Thank you for your reply. Our IP is: 203.45.150.151
Since our business is in pre-school, we use jotform for our timesheet recording, bus children sign-in/off and also many other checks so we have multiple submissions in mornings and afternoons.
Please let us know when you have whitelist our IP so we dont have to worry about the Captcha anymore.
