Smart PDF forms>PDF Editor: failure to load original PDF causing PDF to not get attached to notification email

    On both of the following forms, the original PDF does not attach to the notification email and I receive this error message "Failed to load PDF" when attempting to edit using the PDF Editor. I have attempted to replace the original PDF file and have also cleared my form cache and the issue persists.

    Hi there,

    Could you please tell us if the PDF file that you are trying to use has fillable fields in it? Please note that if the PDF does not have fillable fields then unfortunately it will not work.

    We apologize for the trouble.

    The forms are fillable. I imported them into my account and am getting the same issue. I am able to replicate it.

    Let me report this to our developers to check. Once there is an update we will let you know via this ticket.
