Jotform Subscription Contract

    Dear Jotform Team,

    If my institutions will be having a long break during the coming holidays, there will be no usage with jotform, will I be able to keep my account dormant during the holiday months? Will my data still be available if I continue my monthly subscription after the dormant period if available.

    It depends on the length of inactivity.

    Your data should still be available if you continue your subscription.

    But it's advisable to backup your data beforehand.

    1. Thank you for your response. Is there an option for me to freeze my account during inactivity?
    2. I am looking at the condition option in Jotform. Is it possible for me to add two separate sets of Product List in a single jotform?

    There is no way to freeze the data of your account. As my colleague said, we encourage you to back up your data.

    For the product list, you can have only one product list per form, as you can have only one payment method on a form.
