FOR EXACTLY HOW LONG will Jotform keep the pre-filled form data?

Can a user click the "edit" link 12 months later and still recover their original submission?

    Hi Karen,

    The answer is Yes.

As long as the account, the form, and the submission data are intact, the edit_link to the submission data of the form should still work.

It is not similar to recovery of data though.. if you meant recovering deleted submssion, the Edit_Link will not work. In fact there is no means to restore deleted submission data as JotForm does not keep copy/backup of submission data. So, deleted data are always permanently gone.

Just in case you are instead referring to this feature

    -How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature-Save-Form-Entries-to-Continue-Later

as this is not similar to Edit Link.

The parameter Time to Live dictates how long the pre-fill data are stored on the browser.

Please take note that clearing the browser's cache will clear any stored pre-fill data.

    Thanks.
