Unfortunately, I do not see an option to filter dropdown options based on a condition. The only option would be to add multiple dropdowns with different options and to show them conditionally. Then, if needed, selected option could be passed to main hidden dropdown that contains all options. 

If you need to apply filters to options of a dropdown directly, this would require a custom solution, you could try this with a source code of a form: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
