Making a dropdown menu with subcategories

    How can I create a dropdown to have specific places, for example Europe and underneath have Norway, Ireland, etc.

     

    e.g. 

    Europe

        Norway

        Ireland

        England

    America

        Alaska

        New York

    etc. etc.

    Unfortunately, we don't have such feature to achieve that. A workaround that this might be possible is by customizing form source code.
